Ingredients

  • Sea Bass
  • 4 -5 ounces per person. A good and economical substitute is cod or any firm flesh fish. An added benefit is that the fish takes less than 15 minutes to prepare.

  • small onions, chopped
  • filets sea bass
  • cloves garlic, chopped
  • tsp capers
  • each anchovy filets
