Ingredients

  • 1 whole package of Galletas María Puig (María Cookies) – 250 gr – 180 g Margarine or Butter
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 c Passion Fruit juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 5 tbsp Corn Starch
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 egg whites
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 packages
  • 1½ cups of juice concentrate, and then I added
  • ½ cup of water to complete the
  • 2 cups of juice
