  • 1 1/2 tsp ................ Red food colouring
  • Milk buttercream
  • 240 ml ................. Whole milk
  • 190 g ................... Granulated sugar
  • 40 g ..................... All purpose flour, sifted
  • 1 tsp .................... Vanilla extract
  • 225 g ................... Unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
