1 cup Red chili powder : 1 tsp (Use Kashmiri Chili Powder also known as Degi Mirch which is less hot and gives red color to the gravy ,I coldn't get it at my place so i used regular chili powder here )
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp according to taste
3-4 tbsp Bay Leaf : 1-2 counts Onion : 2 -1/2 medium size chopped
4 medium sized chopped
4-5 cloves grounded into paste
1/2 inch cube grounded into paste
1 chopped Red chili powder :
1/4 tsp
7-8 cashews soaked in water for minimum of
30 minutes Garam masala :
3-4 tbsp Salt : if required according to taste
1 tsp Kasuri Methi :
1 tbsp crushed
