  • 4 Cups Tomato Puree (see ‘Tomato’ note below)
  • 1 Chipotle Pepper, plus 2 Tablespoons Adobo Sauce (the sauce that the chipotle pepper comes packed in) (see ‘Peppers’ note below)
  • 2 Medium Jalapeño Peppers (see ‘Peppers’ note below)
  • 1 Cup Cilantro (more or less depending on whether or not you love it as much as we do)
  • 1 Small White Onion, peeled and quartered
  • 1 Small Green Onion
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, peeled
  • 1 Tablespoon Freshly-Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • Salt, to taste
