Here's the recipe of PaneerButterMasala in RestaurantStyle with step by step process. This recipe is classic North-Indian dish served in restaurants but this is purely Homemade style
The method to make paneerbuttermasala is similar to my paneermakhani recipe except for the ingredients added and made by using onion-tomato-cashew paste, with some essential Indian spices
Now the curry should thicken and now add in the tomato ketchup/ sugar and mix into the curry. The reason being I have tried so many variations but still I can say I was not satisfied with the taste to call it a restaurantstylePaneerbuttermasala
Turn off the heat,remove the tomatoes and put them in cold water so they are easy to handle. Add little food color to get the restaurantstyle color of gravy
Turn off the heat and serve it warm along with rice, roti/ chappathi or naan. Only then I realised it was so easy to prepare it as available in the restaurant at home itself
Paneerubuttermasala is one of the popular dish in indian cuisine. But,the creamy texture gravy and soft paneer cubes attracts you all very much to have it and definitely you can`t stop eating it
