Ingredients

  • 3 - 4 weeks Rhubarb
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 lg egg
  • 1/2 cup (full) milk
  • 1 scant cup each rhubarb (chopped) and blueberries
