  • 5 cups rhubarb (about 1-1⁄4 pounds), cut into 3⁄4 x 1⁄2-inch cubes
  • 2 cups hulled and quartered strawberries (about 1⁄2 pound)
  • 2 1⁄4 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
