Ingredients

  • 400 g rhubarb
  • 50 g caster sugar
  • 250 g butter
  • 150 g custard
  • 250 g plain flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200 g caster sugar
  • icing sugar (for dusting)
  • then take the foil off and bake for further
  • 5 minutes
  • 23 cm round
  • 40 minutes un
  • 15-20 minutes un
