Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 2 peel
  • 1/2 bunch rhubarb
  • 1/2 c sliced strawberries
  • 1/3 c sugar
  • 1/4 c soft unsalted butter
  • 1/4 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 c plain flour
  • 1/2 c rolled oats
  • 1 t gr
  • 15 min
  • 2. In a large pot, cook the apples, rhubarb, strawberries and sugar over medium low heat
  • 4. On a cookie sheet, place the tarts. Use parchment paper over the tart bases and fill with rice or beans.
  • 6. Sprinkle the tops with the crumble mixture. Bake for an additional 10 minutes
  • 7. Serve warm with a dollop of creme fraiche or yogurt.
