  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 Tbs cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted and then cooled
  • 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh, 2 cups frozen and thawed rhubarb, small dice
  • to taste sparkle sugar
