  • 2 ribeye steaks, salted and brought up to room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup fresh, sliced mushrooms (I like crimini, but use your favorite)
  • 2 tablespoons bourbon
