Strain the rice and crush it with hand, do not grind. Rice - 1/2 cup soaked overnight. Add rice and cook for 10 - 15 minutes, stirring continuously so that rice does not stick to the bottom
Ricekheer is ready to be served. Jeeraga samba rice or Basmati rice. Kheer is delicious. Drain the rice. Add condensed milk and cook for some time stirring constantly, until the kheer reaches the desired consistency

Paramannam or Paravannam – Andhra RiceKheer. While Pal Payasam has very little rice and a lot of milk which is boiled till it is reduced, Paravannam uses more rice and the milk is not reduced as much as in the case of Pal Payasam
My inspiration of this dish came from my boy who loves to eat chicken rice but he hates those bits and pieces of crashed garlic or ginger that are hidden in between the rice which some of the chicken rice stalls added
