  • 2 14.5 oz cans
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 12 jumbo shells
  • 1 cup ricotta
  • whole milk
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
