Ingredients

  • Crust
  • 1 1/2 cups (190 grams) all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup ground almonds
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cold butter
  • 1 egg
  • (If is necessary add 1-2 tablespoons cold water to join the dough)
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 500 grams ricotta cheese
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Decoration
  • 2 - 3 honey
  • 4-5 fresh figs in slices
