  • ½ lb. Rigatoni pasta
  • 1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lb Italian sausage links, casings removed and meat broken into one-inch pieces
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • Salt and black pepper
