Ingredients

  • 90 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 500-600 ml chicken stock
  • 200 g risotto rice
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 2 tbsp mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tbsp grates parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 a normal onion can be used instead but challots are recommended
  • 50, depending on the rice
  • 2 tbls of
  • cheese
  • 2 tbls of grated parmesan cheese
