  • teaspoon fine sea salt
  • teaspoon ground clove
  • teaspoon ground cardamom
  • pound tiniest potatoes you can find (about 1 inch in diameter is perfect)
  • Two
  • 1- pound boneless duck breasts with skin
  • cloves peeled garlic, smashed with the flat of a knife
  • cup homemade chicken stock
  • tablespoon unrefined raw coconut oil
  • jalapeño, slivered
  • cup roughly chopped cilantro
