  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup honey or agave nectar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (I use "Smart Balance")
  • 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (or whole wheat)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped (toasted, optional) almonds
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
