Ingredients

  • 8 boneless center cut pork chops (count 2/person)
  • 1 onion
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • thyme
  • 2-3 Tbsp oil
  • 1 1/2 cups red wine (your preference)
  • 400 F for
  • 35-40 mins or until the temperature reaches

  • 400 F. Lay the pork chops on a baking sheet and sprinkle them generously with salt, pepper and thyme on each side
