  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 small shallot, minced
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon 3 T olive oil
  • 2 t kosher salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
  • 2 slices of bacon
