Ingredients

  • 1 small butternut squash – peeled, de-seeded and cut into 1cm chunks
  • 1 ½ tbsp. light soy sauce
  • 1 white onion – finely chopped
  • Enough milk to cover
  • 2 handful peas
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 1 level tbsp. corn flour – mixed with a splash water to make a paste
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • 400 g tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Pinch oregano
  • Pinch sugar
  • 100 g 00 flour
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch salt
  • Grated cheddar cheese or mozzarella – to serve
