Ingredients

  • You will need
  • 10 carrots
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Butter (I used unsalted)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

  • Either place the carrots in a baking dish, or add them to the roasting dish with your turkey. The carrots will be beautifully caramelized after 35-45 minutes of roasting at 350 degrees.
