Ingredients

  • 4 pounds skin
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • tablespoons rosemary leaves, or thyme lives, chopped
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • Lemon zest
  • from 1 lemon
  • 2 lemons quartered
  • Using the same cookie sheet, toss bread pieces with chicken
  • drippings, toast until golden brown, 5 to 7 minutes
