  • 1-2 teaspoons root beer extract or concentrate
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 - 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1-3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 can/bottle (12 ounces) Root Beer (your favorite brand)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
