  • 110 g 4 oz White caster sugar (we use Silver Spoon) White caster sugar
  • ½ tsp .5tsp Rose water (we use Nielsen-Massey) Rose water
  • Pink food colouring
  • 100 g 3½ oz White chocolate chopped finely
  • 70 g 2½ oz Double cream
  • 60 g 2⅛ oz Raspberries
  • Pink food colouring a few drops
