  • 1 1/2 lb baby Yukon Gold potatoes, each about 2 inches in diameter, unpeeled
  • sea salt, to taste
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
