  • 1 long 8 to 12 inch French or Italian bread from the bakery department at the market. (Not a sourdough for this recipe)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp vegan butter spread, or butter if you prefer
  • 1-2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 2-4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese, depending how cheesy you like your garlic bread.
