Ingredients

  • RUSTIC OLIVE BREAD
  • Prep time: 15 minutes Proof time: 1 hour 20 minutes Bake time: 40 minutes
  • 1 cup warm water (110-115 degrees)
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup pimento stuffed green olives, roughly chopped (feel free to use whatever kind of olives you prefer)
  • olive oil spray
