  • 300 ml warm water
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 40 g parmesan, grated
  • 200 g rye flour
  • 200 g wholegrain spelt flour
  • 100 g strong white flour
  • 1 tbsp caraway seeds
