S'mores Trufflesprintable recipe 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped4 ounces heavy whipping cream1/2 cup chocolate cake crumbs1/2 cup mini marshmallows6-7 ounces semi sweet chocolate, choppedgraham crackers, broken into 18 one-inch piecesgraham cracker crumbsKosher salt Place the chopped bittersweet chocolate into a bowl and set aside
Although S'mores are thought of as a summer treat, I personally think they're more fun in the fall, when the nights are getting cooler, and a warm, crackling fire after sunset is a little more welcome
