Ingredients

  • 1-3/4 cups of soaked sago/sabudana
  • 1-3/4 of grated boiled potatoes (about 5medium size potatoes)
  • 2-3 green chilies (spicy ones or as per your taste)
  • 1/2 cup roasted peanut powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • a small handful of coriander, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • For Stuffing
  • 75 gms paneer, crushed
  • 1 cheese slice crushed
  • 1 ”ginger grated
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • For Chutney
  • 1/8 cup chutney dal
  • 1/2 cupcurds/yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 2 green chilies
  • salt to taste
  • 1 big handful of coriander, washed and chopped roughly
