  • 3-4 asparagus stalks
  •  
  • For the dressing
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/3 teaspoon balsamic vinaigrette
  • A pinch of sugar to balance the lemon juice and balsamico
  • Salt & pepper
