I had never made or tried SalisburySteak before, but I always thought it sounded interesting. The beef patties are packed with onions and Italian flavors, while the mushroomgravy had a little tang and a ton of flavor
I made my Creole SalisburySteakwithMushroomGravy. The Hawaiian bread adds a nice, slightly sweet flavor to the SalisburySteak and goes perfect with the mushrooms
Season with salt& pepper. Sprinkle with flour. Sprinkle with parsley. Cook onions and mushrooms about 5 minutes or until tender. **You can use thin minute steaks instead of hamburgers but cook steaks for 2 minutes in step 5 or til cooked through. 3/4 lb mushroom, sliced
