  • 4 teaspoons snipped fresh chives or chopped green onion tops

  • one 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon margarine or butter
  • 1/4 cup fine dry seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 slightly beaten egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • two 12-ounce skinless salmon fillets (3/4-1 inch thick)
