  • 5 servings
  • 5 salmon fillets
  • 100 gr leeks finely chopped
  • 70 gr cooked peas
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ tablespoons tarragon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 15 cherry tomatoes
  • Paprika, salt and pepper to taste


    Heat the oven to 180°C
    Mix the yogurt with tarragon, chives, garlic, and season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste
    Make 4 mini cuts to tomatoes to cook better
    Cut 5 squares of parchment paper of 50×50 cm
    In the center of each square distribute the leeks
    Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste and arrange them on top of the leeks
    Pour each salmon fillet with the yogurt mixture
    Distribute the peas and place 3 tomatoes per packet
    Close as an envelope
    Arrange on a tray and bake for 15 minutes
    Remove and let stand for 5 minutes
    Open the envelopes and serve
