Salted Caramel Brownie Cookies - Fill the Cookie Jar

  • Ingredients
  • 2 ounces Baking Chocolate (I used Ghirardelli 60% bittersweet chocolate baking bar)
  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 2 cups sugar (I used Zulka Morena Pure Cane Sugar)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Salted Caramel Syrup
  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (I used Divine Chocolate Cocoa)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • optional: powder sugar, icing, sprinkles and/or candies
  • Drop a large tablespoon of dough onto cookie sheet that is covered with baking mat or parchment paper.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. (cookies will puff up and set when done)
  • Take out of oven and let sit on cookie sheet for one minute.
  • Move cookies onto cooling rake and let cool completely.
