  • 3 unsweetened chocolate
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 T instant coffee granules, such as Nescafe (optional)
  • 1 T pure vanilla extract
  • 1 C + 2 T sugar
  • 1/2 C + 2 T all-purpose flour, divided
  • 1 1/2 t baking powder
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 5-6 ounces of caramel sauce
  • 2-3 t sea salt
