  • 1½ Tbs. melted butter
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • For the ice cream
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1½ oz softened cream cheese (3 Tbs)
  • 3/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1¼ cups heavy cream
  • 2 Tbs. light corn syrup
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
