During my last trip to Trichy my mum has ordered food from outside. So everyone thought it was tomato chutney but when tasted we are all pleasantly surprised by the taste of peanut in it
How it is made. Also it is very easy tomake and it is a wonderful sidedishfor Idly & Dosa. Today I am posting a simple chutney recipe- Kothamalli/Cilantro chutney made with coconut
This slow pace of life with parents and siblings is like tonicfor rest of my life in the year. The creamy thickness, intense red color and texture is good to go with idli and dosa both
If you don't have any vegetable in stock but you want tomake some quick dinner you can try this. This goes very well with Dosa / idli I like to have it with chapathi also
Also, you can boil the leaves in a pressure cooker with half cup of water and little salt for two whistles and then show the cooker under running tap water tostop the methi leaves from changing it's green colour
