Ingredients

  • 1 lb tuna (you could use canned, but I heartily recommend using high quality fresh tuna)
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp lovage (also known as celery seed)
  • 1/2 tsp fresh minced thyme
  • 1/2 tsp fresh minced oregano
  • 150 g pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 50 ml defritum
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
