  • Sprouts (such as sunflower, broccoli, radish)
  • red chili oil (refer to this post for the recipe)
  • Pickled Chile Peppers
  • 1 pound mild fresh chile peppers, such as fresno, anaheim, cubanelle, seeded and thinly sliced length-wise
  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
