  • 2 cups apple cider – for spray bottle
  • 1/2 cup olive oil – for spray bottle
  • 1/2 cup olive oil – for Boston Butt
  • 1 Good smoker
  • Apple Cider Cole Slaw

  • Ingredients
  • 1/2 head of cabbage
  • 3 large carrots
  • 5 radishes
  • 1 cup mayonnasie
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp celery seed
  • 1 tsp poppy seed
  • salt & pepper to taste
