Ingredients

  • 1 lb bulk pork sausage

  • 2 medium onions
  • 3 cups
  • 6 stalks celery with leaves
  • 2 1/2 cups
  • 14 oz
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh sage
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 1/4 cups
  • 1/2 cup more
  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 10 minutes
  • 20 minutes
  • 1 day ahead and refrigerated
  • Stir in
  • 1 1/4 cups hot stock
