Ingredients

  • 8 dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 8-10 button mushrooms, chopped
  • 8-10 shishito peppers, cut in half
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 tbsp exra virgin olive oil
  • 3 sliced bacon, chopped bite size
  • salt and pepper to taste
