Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbs potatoes
  • 2 cups ham
  • 2-3 cups broccoli
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
  • 2-3 minutes Stir in the flour and cook for
  • 1-2 minutes
