  • 1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons flour, divided
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 8 oz ham, thinly sliced or chopped
  • kosher salt to taste
  • fresh ground peppercorn to taste
