This refreshing seafoodsalad is definitely a must try if you are into Thai food. I made this yummy Thai salad a couple weeks ago and didn't have a chance to share it until now
Pour dressing over seafood mixture and gently toss to coat. This is a popular salad throughout Italy and the ingredients will differ slightly from each region
Serve well chilled, atop a bed of crisp salad greens. Serve this salad well-chilled with a crusty baguette, butter, and a good bottle of white wine (such as Chablis)
1/2 lb lump crabmeat (you can find fresh lump crabmeat in a 1lb container in the seafood dept. 1/2 Old Bay Seasoning (Old Bay is best but if you cannot find use another seafood seasoning)
