  • 1 with a very small amount of yeast and a teaspoon and a half of salt.
  • 120 g wholewheat flour
  • 340 g bread flour
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 330 ml purified water
  • 60 ml sourdough starter
  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 cupswater
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp yeast
  • 30 minutes
  • 15 minutes or
