  • 1 tsp instant coffee granules
  • 1/3 cup boiling water
  • 1 1/2 oz unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp instant coffee granules
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3 oz unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2/3 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cups unsalted butter
  • 3 large eggs

  • 2. Then without using a double boiler. I filled a medium pot with water,less then half fill on low
  • 5. Then with my kitchen aid stand mixer with a paddle attachment on low speed,I alternately began beating in the flour mixture and sour cream mixture.Three additions for the flour and two for the sour cream,beating until blended.Then I divided my batter by weight to my prepared cake pans and smoothing the tops.
